Hi. I am new to this. I took a series of photos using my 2016 Gear 360 camera. Created a new workspace in Cupix and moved my images over. It took a long time, but there were only 8 images. However, the images did not stitch together. What am I doing wrong?

Sorry for the late reply. Cupix only supports stitched 360º photos or videos with a width:height ratio of 2:1. The max file size is 30MB per 360º photo and 2GB per video. You must stitch photos or videos to equirectangular format using stitching software of camera manufacturers or third parties. Unsupported images may cause a failure in generating a 3D tour. If you use the Samsung Gear 360 2016, you must stitch photos before you upload them to our server. Here's a link to download their stitching software. Also, please read our instruction on how to capture 360º photos and videos before you take photos.
