Will it be possible to add 3d models to the scene (from sketchup, 3d max, revit) to show them during the tour from different sides?

Hi, Arnold.
BIM(Building Information Model) Compare allows users to compare a 3D tour with a BIM data, which is a 3D model rendered by computer graphics. Using the BIM Compare in the Review tab, users can walk and look around while corresponding part of a BIM is shown on comparison target window. You can also display the comparison in the web player. In order to use this feature, 3D tours must be aligned with the BIM.
① First, go to the Asset Library and upload 3D models. Check where the origin of the BIM is located.
② Go back to the Layout tab and move the 3D tour on the grid to where BIM’s origin is.
③ Click and drag the 3D tour to where the BIM’s origin is located. In the sample, it’s near where the door is, so in this case, the door part of the 3D tour should be moved to the same location.
Then adjust scale for BIM compare. Even when origins of 3D tours are aligned, camera sync may still be imperfect, if the scale is remarkably different. In this case, you need to adjust the scales in the Web App manually. This can be done by matching 3D tour’s dimension(s) to the BIM’s reference dimension. To measure BIM’s dimension, go to the Asset Library, choose the BIM data and follow the steps shown below.
Go to the Compare List menu on the Publisher tab. Add the BIM models then you can compare the current tour with the BIM models. You can turn off camera sync option if you want to view the 3D tour and 3D models individually but on the same screen.
Keep in mind that this feature is available for AEC package. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us. Also, we are preparing a tutorial on this topic, and we will let you know when it's ready.

Thanks for your reply.
The mode of comparing the panorama and the beam model is quite interesting.
But I asked about the possibility of adding 3D models to the scene so that it could be viewed inside a panoramic tour and see that it is voluminous. For example, put a three-dimensional model of a chair on the floor in the same way as you can now add a photo. But the photos are flat and to transfer the volume of the subject you have to add its images corresponding to the angles of view in the scene

Unfortunately, adding 3D objects imported from other software is not available at this moment. Currently, you can add default 3D boxes which can represent bounding boxes of any objects such as chair and bed. We've received the similar request, and we'll consider your feature request and let you know if it's available.

This is of great interest to me as well, being able to insert custom 3d objects via .obj or .fbx files. This implementation would be absolutely invaluable to me.

Bonjour,lorsque j 'insère des objets ou textes 3D, les objets ne restent pas fixent et bougent en fonction que l'on se déplace. Que faut-il faire pour que les objets et textes 3D restent à leur emplacement initial?

Dear Cupix, as I could see in the description of the AEC pack, Cupix supports different BIM softwares as Revit, SketchUp etc. What about Archicad? Can I use archicad BIM files, or will it be possible in the near future?
