Receipts and invoices for all Cupix transactions are issued monthly or annually. You can view and print receipts and invoices of your payments from the Plan tab of the Settings menu. You can also view your transaction history, which lists all records, payments, adjustments, and refunds.  Access your transaction history with the following steps:

  1. Sign in to the Cupix App.

  2. Click 'Settings'.

  3. Click 'Billing'.

  4. Select a specific receipt or invoice from 'Billing History'.

Keep in mind: For privacy reasons, only the account holder or a billing administrator is able to access receipts and invoices in the 'Billing' tab of the Settings.

If your payments are made via manual invoice, you do not have a Billing History page. Instead, you receive invoices directly from Cupix. You can request a new invoice by contacting us at support@cupix.com.
