Receipts and invoices

Receipts/invoices are issued monthly or annually for all Cupix payment. You can view and print receipts/invoices for your payments in the Plan tab of your Settings. You can check your transaction history, and it lists all records, payments, adjustments, and refunds.

  1. Sign in to Cupix App

  2. Click 'Settings'.

  3. Click 'Billing'.

  4. Choose a specific receipt or invoice in the 'Billing History'.

Keep in mind: For privacy reasons, Only the account holder, a billing administrator, is able to access to your receipts/invoices in the 'Billing' tab of your Settings.


If you pay by manual invoice, you don't have a Billing history page. Instead, you receive invoices directly from Cupix. You can request a new invoice by contacting us at support@cupix.com.
