Has anyone had issues with tours locking up on the internet? Someone told me its because of Java script. Any solution?

Hi, Ken.
The Web App requires an internet connection and the Chrome or Firefox browser. It would work on Safari, Edge, and Internet Explorer 11 but we haven’t tested the Web App on these browsers officially. If it doesn’t work even with the latest version of Chrome or Firefox, please make sure that WebGL option in the settings or preferences of your browser is enabled. Please, check if your internet browser is the latest version of Chrome and if the issues persist, leave a ticket at our support center.

I'm using chrome. Unfortunately I have no control over what browser the end customer is using. In either case the tours don't work. I can not market this product to realtor.
