Add a restricted area

Deferred

Is there a way to add a restricted are to a VR tour?  For example:  In the tour of a building there are a couple of areas that we do not want the general public to be able to go into, but would like access via a password for authorized users.

  • Hi, Rick and Devin.

Currently, we don't have the feature. However, you can hide photos of the area you don't want to present publicly, then share a Web player link to the public. Then they are not able to walk through the area. For the authorized users, you can add them as your team members with Read&Write permission. Your current workspace will be shared with them, and they are able to access the restricted area in the editing mode.

Or, Devin's idea can be a good option.

  • I don't think that is a feature yet. The easiest way would be to make two seperate tours. I have suggested for them to have a copy option for this reason, but that is not a feature yet.
