- End-to-End Demo

Welcome to the Cupix User Guide. This user guide contains all essential information such as app functions and capabilities, contingencies and alternate modes of operation, and step-by-step procedures for the user to make full use of our app. Let’s start with the end-to-end demo.

① Go to https://app.cupix.com/ and click sign up to create an account. Enter your team name and add team members if needed ▼

Cupix provides a team-based collaboration platform, for that reason you need to set a team name to complete your sign up. Once you sign in to the app, you can invite people to your team and assign them three roles. Click here to learn how to set your team(link to team setting user guide). Each role provides a different level of authority to manage projects. Click here to learn more about how teams work (link to the manual/role description).

② Click the New 3D tour icon and follow the wizard guide.▼

Cupix only supports equirectangular 360-degree photo with a ratio of the width and height of 2:1. Keep in your mind that you must not close the current uploading page or place it behind other tabs until the upload progress shows 100%.

③You will get an email notification once the tour process is completed. Click the link in the email that leads you directly to the editing page. Or refresh the Cupix app and click the edit icon. ▼

The process time is dependent on the number of photos you have uploaded. In average, a 3D virtual tour with 60 equirectangular 360º photos may take as long as 3 to 4 hours to compute.

④ Click edit and go to “Publisher” tab. Customize the tour according to your needs. Share your tour to social media or embed it in your website by copying the embed code. ▼
